Question 1

What is Apex Print?

Accepted Answer

Arabic-first print shop software that automatically numbers books, invoices and receipts, distributes print jobs across multiple printers, and includes imposition and PDF tools. Runs on Windows and works offline.

Question 2

Can it number without a numbering machine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Apex Print applies sequential numbering automatically at print time in any format (prefix, digit count, suffix), so you need no numbering machine and no manual numbering, and numbers never repeat.

Question 3

Does it support multiple printers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One job can be spread across all available printers to cut turnaround time, or the same files sent to each printer, with every device monitored from one screen.

Question 4

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a free 7-day trial with full access to every module, so you can test it on your real work before buying.

Question 5

Does it need an internet connection?

Accepted Answer

No. The app runs entirely on your machine offline; a connection is only needed to activate a licence or download updates.

Question 6

How do payment and activation work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a 1-year or 2-year subscription, or a lifetime licence. Activation uses a serial bound to your machine, which you can re-activate yourself after a format, or a licence file for machines that stay offline. Before buying you can run the full app free for 7 days.
